Shipping Information

Marketing Holders ships to the 48 continental U.S. states. Most orders ship within 24 to 48 hours of purchase.

When Your Shipment Arrives

  • Inspect your package immediately. Try to do this before the delivery driver leaves.

  • Check the delivery receipt for the correct number of packages and note any visible damage.

  • Record any issues directly on the signed paperwork.

  • Open and inspect all packages within 72 hours of delivery.

  • Notify Marketing Holders immediately of any damage and include photos for refund or replacement requests.


Damaged Shipments

Do not return damaged merchandise.

  1. Inspect every package for product damage.

  2. Call us within 5 business days at (321) 607-2121 to report the issue.

  3. Take clear photos of all damage.

  4. Save the original packaging and boxes for inspection.


Transit Times

  • Transit times begin one business day after shipping.

  • Tracking becomes available 48 โ€“ 72 hours after shipment.

  • Estimated delivery times are based on the carrierโ€™s schedule and may vary.

  • Refunds are not issued for carrier delays, Acts of God (e.g., weather), or Ground shipment timing.

Example: A confirmed order that ships Monday via 2-Day Air arrives by end of day Wednesday.


Returns Information

Return Policy

  • Returns on stock items accepted within 30 days of delivery (original condition only).

  • All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  • Custom items are non-returnable.


Damaged or Defective Items

  • Do not return damaged or defective products.

  • Call customer service at (321) 607-2121 within 5 days for assistance.


Packing & Shipping Returns

  • Use the original packaging for protection.

  • The customer is responsible for return-shipment damage and insurance.

  • Shipping costs (initial and return) are non-refundable.


Refunds & Credits

  • Please allow 1 โ€“ 2 weeks for processing.

  • Refunds cover the item price only (no shipping).


Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom displays or personalized products (custom text, imprinting, graphics).

  • Damaged products.
